That's the posture I bring to the churches I work with. I'm not here for a one-time install and a handshake. I want to grow alongside your ministry for the long haul.

Evergreen AVL is a Virginia-based AV company built specifically for churches. But before any of that, I've been deeply embedded in the local church — close to fifteen years of vocational ministry across worship leading, production, and pastoral roles. From prayer rooms to weekend services, from the platform to the tech booth, from small camps to large conferences, I've had the honor of serving in almost every capacity.

That history is why I started this. I know what it's like to stand on the platform and sit behind the booth on a Sunday morning, so the recommendations I make start with your people and your ministry, not with the tech.

I don't do cookie-cutter. The recommendations I make are specific to your ministry — your space, your volunteers, your budget, and your vision. Not a copy of what worked somewhere else.

That starts with honesty about what you already have. Before anything new is recommended, you'll hear plainly whether your current system can do what you need — and if it can, I'll say so.

I work with small to mid-sized churches who survived the last five years but aren't sure what comes next. Maybe your livestream became a burden. Maybe your sound, lights, or screens haven't been quite right since install day. Maybe you just need someone to help you make wise decisions without the pressure of a sales pitch. That's exactly who I'm here for.

It starts with a Discovery Visit — an on-site look at your audio, video, and lighting as they stand today, followed by a plain-language report and a recommended next step. Every church and every system is different, so any further work is scoped and quoted after that visit, not guessed in advance.

From there, the path depends on what I find: System Diagnostics & Tuning, Rework & Redeployment (making the gear you already own simpler for volunteers to run), System Design, or Installation. A volunteer handoff is part of every project, with deeper half-day and full-day team trainings available too. Afterward, Ongoing Care keeps things healthy between visits.

The Discovery Visit is a flat fee, shared up front when you reach out.
